WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to build a small, select, tribe of powerful A-Player Sales Warriors who want to be a part of a Professional House Buying Team who each play a integral role in the process of implementing our proven systems for market domination of buying houses, renovating them, and selling them for a profit.
By being a member of our “tribe” you will be a member of a burgeoning and real estate machine and provided lots of support and training in your respective role. Yet at the same time we are looking for people with leadership qualities that have management potential and can take our systems and teach others how to implement them to leverage even greater results through a team.

This is a pay for performance roll so the more you produce the more money you will make (there is no cap on how much you can earn). However you will be held accountable to produce a minimum quota of deals per month. Talented individuals who work on improving their sales craft will make a great living!
3. INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
We embody a growth culture at AP and will implement an Individual Development Plan that is suited to your specific growth as a Person and as a Sales Professional in real estate investments. Your Individual Development Plan will include mastering real estate investment best practices, utilizing technology, marketing, sales skill, and beyond.
