Frenzy of Awesome Action!
Hey, everyone, it’s been quiet on the blog front but its been a flurry of activity behind the scenes. Since my last update we have had several huge things happen!
- We have closed on our rehab at 7033 Northview Drive. Nicole S. and Brad P. are now the proud owners of an amazingly renovated home. This house will be theirs for years to come, and we wish them the best of luck in all of their future endeavors.
- The Investraiser is going strong! We have recently signed up several very savvy new investors. The total amount of their investment capital is $415,000. This puts a huge chunk into our goal, but we still haven’t reached it yet! Please see our investors tab on this page for more information on how to increase your returns to 12% annualized. Just to give you an idea of what that means in terms of raw cash… Our Investraiser donors will be earning just shy of $50,000 per a year by investing with us. AMAZING!
- Our Los Angeles market is starting to heat up! As with our Western New York Market, we are still offering $1,000 cash for anyone who refers to us a buyer or a seller. You just need to let us know that you referred the person, and when they buy or sell us a house we pay you $1,000! There is NO LIMIT to how many times we will pay you.
